Our keyholding and management service gives your guests a point of contact for the duration of their stay, 365 days a year.

Our efficient and cost effective service provides a reliable source to help your guests in any situation, from losing their keys to help with directions. In addition, we are also responsible for key safe management, ensuring that 6-monthly code changes are undertaken if required, to comply with some insurance regulations.

We can undertake a bi-monthly inspection of your property to evaluate any repairs or maintenance that may be required, often discovering problems before they become bigger issues, and ultimately saving you money on expensive repairs or larger insurance claims.

We will also cover routine basics such as lightbulb and WiFi checks to make sure everything is operating in perfect condition, with no task too small. Each inspection will be accompanied by an Advisory Report so you are kept fully informed of your properties welfare and condition.

We can help you resolve almost any emergency in your holiday home. We have a number of dependable contractors and professional tradesmen across Wales, to assist in a variety of unforeseen circumstances. If anything goes wrong from dysfunctioning boilers to electrical faults, we will coordinate the repairs as quickly and efficiently as possible, minimising disruption to your guests.

In situations following unusually bad weather, we are available to check on the condition of your property, and will notify you should any remedial work be required. We can provide photo evidence, and on-site assessments and reports to keep you informed.

Should any work be required, we can carry out, organise or liaise with the right people to get your holiday or second home up and running again as quickly as possible, ensuring any downtime due to storm damage is kept to an absolute minimum and giving you peace of mind.

Our property management service includes regular liaison with your cleaning agency to perform standard checks and compliance. Far from being an overbearing presence, we support and encourage cleaners, but also give our honest assessment back to our clients - the owners - in order to avoid any nasty surprises or unhappy guests.

Our 'Find a Cleaner' Service

We have a number of contacts in the cleaning industry and can help you find an operating agency to perform a regular changeover service for your holiday home in Wales. Their services include a deep clean after guests have vacated, a laundry service for all linen and towels, and a full make-up service, so your property is holiday ready for your next arriving guests. Our trusted agencies will also prepare an amenity or ‘welcome’ package for your next guests on arrival.

We also ensure that all external agencies are fully insured and provide extensively trained staff who are committed to our high standards, confidentiality and trust.

Last-minute Changeovers and Cleaning (at additional charge)

For owners who are let down by an existing cleaner or property manager, we can assist at short notice to find available cleaning staff and turnaround your property for incoming guests to ensure your next booking can go ahead as planned, causing you no disruption or issues involving refunds or cancellation.
